I currently hold a Master's degree in social work and a bachelor's degree in psychology with an emphasis on working with the Hispanic population. I have obtained training in treating eating disorders, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I have lived in multiple states and successfully served hundreds of people over the years working within the mental health community.
I am confident in my ability to work with you in a way that best supports your current needs. My practice begins with the belief that you are the master of your own ship and that my role is to help navigate the waters with skills to manage life.
With over five years in the community and private mental health systems, I am confident that working with me will allow more positive support into your weekly experience. I believe that, in some way, we are all mirrors of each other. In the sense that when you recognize the good in someone else, it is because innately you have that same good in you. I am currently accepting children and families, teenagers and young adults. I respect any walk of life, race, gender orientation, or religion.
