Mercy A. Serafin

I am excited to be working with the team at Solamente Holistic Health and look forward to continuing to collaborate alongside such a dedicated group. Over the past year, I supported the organization on a contract basis, contributing to key projects and gaining a deeper understanding of its vision. What is being built here goes far beyond a traditional practice; it is a mission-driven, client-centered community focused on meaningful support, provider opportunity, shared growth, and ethical and heart-centered care.

My background includes behavioral health operations and over 14 years of project management experience with a federal contractor. The last contract I supported included large-scale initiatives for the United States Air Force. I supported interviews and onboarding of medical and behavioral support staff nationwide, with a strong focus on coordination, compliance, and continuity of care.

On a personal note, I am a single mom of a son who will graduate in May 2026, a milestone that reflects years of dedication, perseverance, and growth. Being his mom has been one of my greatest blessings. I also truly love learning, whether through research, reading, or pursuing certifications, as it allows me to continue growing both personally and professionally.
