Solamente Holistic Health is a community healing space in Albuquerque’s historic Barelas neighborhood, located in the old B. Ruppe Drugstore where generations have sought remedies and care. We are primarily a mental health practice with a holistic, whole‑person approach, bringing together therapists, healers, and medical professionals to support individuals and families across the lifespan. Our philosophy is grounded in the belief that only the individual can find their true path to healing; our role is to walk alongside them, offering compassionate, trauma‑informed care and reminding them of their own strength and capacity.
Actively Hiring
We are filling therapist roles for two complementary clinical tracks under this posting:

Bilingual clinician track: Provide individual therapy and help facilitate Mental Health IOP groups, with services offered in both English and Spanish.

Evening/weekend clinician track: Provide individual therapy during evening and/or weekend hours for clients who need flexible scheduling.
If you are bilingual (Spanish–English) or interested in evening/weekend work (or both), we encourage you to apply and indicate which track(s) you prefer.
Preferred qualifications

Bilingual in English and Spanish, with experience providing therapy in both languages.

Availability for both weekday evenings and some weekend hours.

Experience facilitating group therapy, especially in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) or other intensive group setting.

Additional training or experience in art therapy, somatic or mindfulness‑based approaches, spiritual or community‑based healing, or other holistic modalities aligned with Solamente’s mission.

Experience working with diverse populations, including individuals with complex trauma and co‑occurring conditions.
Schedule & work setting

Part‑time or full-time position based in Albuquerque, NM.

On‑site at Solamente Holistic Health in Downtown and Barelas, with some telehealth flexibility as clinically appropriate.
Compensation & growth

Competitive hourly compensation based on licensure and experience, with differentiated ranges for independently licensed vs. associate‑level clinicians (to be discussed during the interview process).
