Elisharose Trujillo

Founder & CEO

I am a mental health practitioner with a decade of experience treating children and adults in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I approach my practice on a highly personalized basis, by developing holistic treatment tailored to individual development and healing. By pairing support for the mind with plans for health and wellbeing, working with me allows us to strategize and develop together an effective and sustainable recovery that is also self-supporting.

Over years of professional practice I have attracted a strong network of clients who rely on my thoughtful approach and tested expertise in experiential play therapy for children, parental coaching, and individual therapy for adults and children, and in-depth grief counseling. A fundamental goal of therapy is personal growth and I have helped build personal empowerment strategies for clients suffering from symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. 

Before opening Solamente Holistic Health, I worked as a primary contractor for leading foster care treatment agencies, play therapy, and Autism therapy organizations. I hold a masters degree in Education in Counseling, and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from New Mexico Highlands University.
