Luzia Manuel

Luzia Manuel is originally from Mora, New Mexico, and brings a deep connection to her community, culture, and the values that shaped who she is. She attended New Mexico State University and Seattle University, where she gained a broader perspective through diverse academic and life experiences. Although she spent time outside of New Mexico, she chose to return home to serve the community that raised her.

Luzia is a dedicated counselor with a strong foundation in mental health, committed to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. She creates a space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. Her approach is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, and a belief in each person’s ability to grow, heal, and build a more fulfilling life.
